 I read 31 page of planet earth.

The book is about planet earth and desert or other places. One fact is Sahara Desert is 9,000,000 square kilometres long.

I enjoy this task because I learned more facts around earth.

HPE

 Teamwork is a term to describe a group of people working together to achieve a goal.

Teamwork consists of three main mechanisms. 

Commuication is talking as a team to make the team successfull for an example in dodge ball is to talk about which colour to aim at first.

Cooperation is working together as a team for example of cooperation in dodge ball is working together to beat the other team.

Collaboration is working together to achieve something for an example at dodge ball spreading out to protect the king.

     To be successful as a team all three mechanisms need to implemented throughout the activity.

I completed the speed demon challenge addition up to 10.

It took 6 minute and 43 seconds to complete the task.

I got 100/100 right.

Next time I am going to try a harder level.

Making Connection

Making connection are similiar ideas that are text to self, text to text, and text to world.

Text to self is thing that we did to our self for example the duck gave water to the horse and the duck could seee that the horse was struggling. My connection is giving water to my grandma because she was tired of going around the whole garden picking fruits and watering the garden.

Text to text is thing that link from  a book for example The the duck tricked the highway rat by making the highway rat think that she had a sister with lots of goodies. My connection is the cartoon of Masha and the bear. The bear tricked Masha because Masha was very anoyed.

Text to world is things that link to the world for example the duck returned the villigers food back because the duck was kind. My connection is in the world bad people take things that is not theirs and the police catch the bad people and give the owners things back.

Making connection helps me help us about our self about the story and about the world.

 

Multipication 3, 4, 6

Multipication is a fast way adding the same numbers many times. The three, four, and six times tables are examples of mulitplication.

The three times tables are mulitiplying three by a number of groups. The four times tables are mulitiplying four by a number of groups. The six times table are mulitiplying six by a number of groups.

The times table are an easy way to remember basic multiplcation equations. The next times table to learn are the seven, eight, and nine times table.

Marc Duffy is a duffy role model. Mark learned to read in prision and came out of prision with a school certificate.

Marc also went back to university to become a counsellor. Marc also worked for Bunnings fitting out thier stores. Now Marc Duffy manages the largest stores in NZ which is in hamilton.

Mark said that if you talk the t of can't that means you can do it and beileve in your self.

Public and private information is thing  to send online and things to not send online.

Public information is word or a picture that can be send online.

Private information  mean words or ugly pictures that can't be send online.

Private and public information helps with what to send online and what not to send online.

Character traits describe a character's personality. 

The Duck is clever because the duck tricked the rat.

The Duck is kind because the duck gave water to the horse.

The character traits help readers know about the story characters personalities.

Fact and Opinion

 I learned about fact and opinion.

First I had to choose which main character  to do. I chose the duck.

Next I write some facts about what the duck did in the story. 

Then I had to do the opinion for the duck.

When I finished my fact and opinion I listed some adjectives of how they feel after they did some action.

I need to to work on my adjectives more because I get confused with verbs and adjectives.

Multiplication

 I learned how to do multiplication.

First we had a cup of counters with unknown amount.

We have to put the counters into equal group like 11 group of 2. 

Next we have to count in 2's to find the right amount of counters.

Then we have to make a rectangle to show 11 rows of 2 column so 11 x 2 =22 .

I enjoy this task because I learned how to do my multiplication.
