Party Popper Prototype

My group Arty Rocky Crafters designed the party popper prototype.

In the beginning, I chose the parts of the party popper that we would put together to make our prototype. For example I choose the small rubber band instead of the big rubber band because the small rubber band shoots more confetti out. We finished when choosing all of the parts.

Next we got our parts and designed our prototype.

To finish up we designed our prototype and took a picture.

I learned a lot about designing our prototype. Next time I could try different parts of the party popper.

Party Popper

 I learned how to recreate a party popper.

First I wrote the part of the party popper.

Next I wrote the current design of what each part do.

Then I wrote update design for the party popper.

Lastly I worte the rational for the party popper.

I think I need more practise with the rational beacsue I struggle with that task the most.

Simple Machines

Did you know that simple machines were invented along time ago? These simple machines are wheel and axle, pulley, and screw. Simple machines help people make work easier and faster.

 Simple machines are tools that were made to move objects.

The 6 simple machines are;

1. Screw

2. Wedge

3. Pully

4. Lever

Fact and Opinion

 I learned about fact and opinion.

First I had to choose which main character  to do. I chose the duck.

Next I write some facts about what the duck did in the story. 

Then I had to do the opinion for the duck.

When I finished my fact and opinion I listed some adjectives of how they feel after they did some action.

I need to to work on my adjectives more because I get confused with verbs and adjectives.

LS1 treaty

 In LS1 we learned about the 3 Ps in the Treaty of Waitangi and how they apply to our learning.

First Mr Ogilvie introduced the 3 Ps in the Treaty of Waitangi. 

Then in groups we wrote statements about the 3 Ps are all connected.

After that we use our group ideas and thought about hoe they connected to me.

I chose these 3 statements because they will help me be successful with my learning in LS1.

I will say nice words to each other people and helping people if they are stuck on something.
