Balancing

I learned how to balance by moving our body parts in different direction.

First I used the volley ball equipment. I used my hand the way they hit in volley ball. I think this activity was hard because when I hit the ball I keep of balance. Both of the person has to balance with there leg.


The next activity I used the soccer ball equipment. I use the ball to balance on my head. Then bounced the ball on my knee. This activity was hard because The ball keeps sliping of my head.



Then I used the tennis racket equipment. One person held the ball and the other person throws the ball.
I think this activity was hard because the ball kepted passing the racket. The person who is balancing is the erson who has the racket.




After I used the hocky equipment. I have to roll the the ball and the person holding the hocky stick hits the ball back. I think this activity was hard for me because the hocky ball keeps rolling very fast to hit the hocky stick. The person who is holding the hocky stick needs to balance.


The last equipment is eggs and spoon. For the egg and spoon we have to balance the egg on the spoon and go down as low as you can. I think this activity was has because I had to use my force when I got up. The person who is holding the egg and spoon is balancing.
