Te Reo

 I finished a moari task.

First I wrote a question. Example Kei hea te pukakuka (Where is the book)

Then I an answer. Example Kei raro i te penerakau ( Under the 

pensil )

Lastly I took a 3 picture and put them on my google slide.

I think this task was easy because it just find some stuff and put the above, under or, left, and right.

Revising

I revised who is my friend, who is my teacher, who is my mum, and who is my dad. Ko wai to hoa? Ko wai o mahita? Ko wai to mama? Ko wai to papa?

First I revised some questions.

Next I answered new questions.

Then I wrote the name of the 3 things. For example There is 1 picture and I have to write the object name in maori.

Lastly I played a memory game. The rules for the memory game is you have to find a matching picture and say the word of matching picture in maori.

I enjoyed this activity because I revised the question I already answered.

Translating Names

I translated Maori names with English names.

First I translated the Maori name and the English name.

Next I wrote Maori names with the colour brown, green, black, and white.

Then I wrote the English lettters that the maori alphabet doesn't have.  

Lastly I translated my name to a maori name. That is Bethany into Pethany.

I think I need more practise because I struggled with translating the Maori names with the English name.

Maori

I rivised matau and maui, which means right and left respectivly.

First I wrote translated the Maori numbers into English.

Next I wrote a sentence structure. The sentence structure is, Kei hea te aporo, which means where is the apple and Kei runga i te peke, which means above the bag.

Then I translate the Maori words into English words.

Lastly I got on to the Maori test me site.

I think I need more practise with the test me site because I struggle with the questions that pop up.
